Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For purchases made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to post. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about a missing refund.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy.
